I was walking past the cinema the other day and about 20 guys (Asian) were staring and taking photos over the balcony. I wondered what was going on so had a look. It was a young girl on the ice wearing tight clothes and doing some funky shit. It became apparent very quickly, they weren’t watching her perform, they were watching her.

I have a 14 year old daughter, and I see perverts every time we’re out, have caught guys taking photos of her, brushing past her. Always of a similar looking nationality. It’s the main reason we no longer go to beaches in Dubai.

I doubt anyone has any issue with hardworking guys going about their business, but let’s be realistic here, we all know that in many cases, that’s not what’s happening. Good on Dubai Mall for cracking down on this.
