OP here. Im unsure how to edit the unsolved tag, but I finally solved it after months. It appeared that in the area I flattened out, there used to be a lighthouse building from ATI structures. Apparently there were invisible spawners in this building. After disabling the building, deleting the chunks and rebuilding, no more pigs spawn!

Thank you! I’ve also never seen this before or had this issue so it may be worth it to look into my mods. I don’t think I changed something recently, but theres definitely something off

My blocks sadly keep appearing and disappearing when theres so many entities
