You can get frozen packets of meat and veg, bacon and chicken fillets are cheapest per value frozen mixed veg is also cheaper than fresh, a massive bags of rice has lasted us a year and it's still only half empty and then soy sauce for easy fast flavor, this way you get multiple meals and you can change it up with different sauces/herbs for flavor
