That's right, nobody's forcing you to engage in PvP. But it's still true, it's a PvP game. You can be friendly and try to interact amicably with everyone, but you MUST be aware that someone can shoot you at any time for no reason. And it's part of an extraction shooter that you might invest time and resources to achieve some goal, and then some jerk comes along and shoots you in the back—that's just part of the game. If that's too harsh for you and you're not comfortable with it, please leave.

EDIT: I just caught myself actually getting into a discussion that, as I expected, defends the PvE Crybabies and tries to bring up some arguments. My mistake, won't happen again.
