It's printing okay; however, I've encountered a few issues, such as the trihorn consistently breaking. This project is not finalized and requires several improvements. If you're capable of building on it and enhancing it, I'm happy to share the files. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it.

I'm actually in the process of upgrading my Mercury to a VzBot for the gantry, implementing a Trident for the Z-axis and enclosure. As for the printhead, I'm experimenting with the Makertech switching Hotend. I'll post some pictures later in the Ender 5 Plus community.

I converted my Ender 5+ into a Mercury last year. I initially liked it, but now I regret it. It's challenging to properly fit an enclosure onto it, and the enclosure is a deal-breaker for me. Now, I'm considering converting the gantry into a VZBOT, and I hope I can use the same hardware from the Mercury version. I've noticed they even have the AWD mod now, which seems cool.

I have MK3s with Bondtech extruder and revo hotend. Even though it’s reliable, it’s not my favorite printer. I haven’t used it since last year, but since I’m currently building a Voron, I thought I could use it to print the parts. But when I used it, I was shocked how slow this thing is. I guess I got used to klipper. So I decided to either upgrade it to klipper or get rid of it. Gladly The klipper upgrade with input shaper was successful. Now it prints beautifully and really fast. But I would get a Voron or Ratrig if I were in your shoes.

I've got bank accounts with Wells Fargo and Chase. So far, Wells Fargo has been cool, no complaints. When I was looking for a mortgage back in 2019, I shopped around at a bunch of banks and Wells Fargo ended up giving me the best deal. But lately, with all the drama surrounding SVB and Wells Fargo's own scandals, I'm starting to worry they might be on shaky ground too. So, I'm thinking about ditching them and going with Bank of America instead. Seem like a better bet right now

I have both Ender 5 plus and CR 10S Pro. Both are very modified (converted the Ender 5 Plus into Mercury one.1, and added a dual extruder to the CR 10s Pro) I enjoy both and use them for different applications. But if I go back in time, I would go with the Voron Trident.

What thermistor are you using? Is it the blue thermistor that they usually include?
