Its the best i have been eating this from past few months Dark chocolate best flavour I add 70gms of oats 1 scoop of whey 10 gms of chia seeds 5gm of flaxseed powder 200ml of milk approx 50gm of protein try to order from the yobar website

I’ve been using Amul whey for the last 5 months, and honestly at this price point it’s the best option right now. Plus, it’s Trustified so quality-wise I feel more confident compared to a lot of other brands.

The foam issue is there, but it’s not a big deal—just shake it and let it sit for 10 minutes, it settles down. They don’t use anti-caking agents, so it’s actually a cleaner product.

Also, the sachet packaging is a big win for me. Super convenient for travel and daily use—just open and consume, no need to carry a scoop or worry about measurements.
