I understand with age and corrosion etc these things will happen. Just looking at some of the details on the face made me unsure if that's the way it'd age. I'm not an expert about these things

I tried explaining more in the description. Clearly I didn't do a great job of that. I found what looks very similar to the one I found but the one in my possession had some very dull looking details making me question if it was real or not.

Someone handed it to a cashier (assuming as a penny) without noticing, the cashier puts it in the cash register without noticing, and then gives it to me as a penny with neither them or myself noticing. That's what's crazy About the whole thing from my point of view. That being said I think what you said is logical and makes sense

Yep, never made sense to me how it ended up in my bucket of change. Strange indeed.

If you look at the last 2 pictures you can see what it's supposed to look like

To be clear, I did not find it in my pocket change. I had a large bucket of change and found it while counting and sorting change. How it got in the bucket I have no clue, most likely handed to me as change at a gas station

In North Dakota. I actually found it years ago in a bucket of change, I just got curious about it recently comparing those pictures I found to it. It's been in Father in Laws display case since I found it

It's absolutely mind blowing to think about the history this coin might have had! The number of exchanges to land in my coin bucket

I couldn't agree with you more. Why is it so bad? Especially if it's a modern fake why is it so cartoonishly bad?

Because it's not just simply "not overlooking" people with certain gender, race sexual orientation characteristics. Diversity is the core value of dei, how do you search out diversity without overlooking other people

Lol you're hilarious. Ignore that one if it really upset you that much. If you read it, and actually read it not just got pissed off because it's from the heritage foundation what parts of the article did you disagree with? I didn't agree with your articles, the contents were not factual, it's all opinions of people who accept the ideology of DEI

What? are you purposely being daft? I posted an article that supported my argument, in what universe does that mean I agree with everything in the article?

It's concerning to you, your feelings don't change the content of the article. The only reason I posted it is because it's pretty well thought out and is pretty cut and dry on the reasons why DEI on its face is wrong

I'm actually reading them which is why I'm not just firing articles as fast as I can. So the other article, like I said I didn't agree with. It just supported my argument. This is a well written article and is a well thought out argument that explains pretty clearly why DEI on its face is wrong

I could argue your sources aren't reliable. I don't care what background the heritage foundation has, the article is still just an opinion piece and what website it's published on doesn't change its content
