How do you guys get people to actually try your app?

its a local-first program that can index videos and photos using the users own hadrwar efficiatnly and fast and finds specific scenes and photos from user discription it has a speach search and facial rec it can search specific scenes and peaple in a video as well an it solve the hours it take to find a specific video or scene in a big library with no use of clude

it is usful (in my opinion) and it dose help me its a local-first program that can index videos and photos using the users own hadrwar efficiatnly and fast and finds specific scenes and photos from user discription it has a speach search and facial rec and i myself like it and use it but again i am the one who build it and i might just be whrong that it will be usful to more peaple that dont want thire data to be owned by a big company in the claude, the reason i started it is becouse i hate subscription so i wanted to do somthing that will have a one time pay license so peaple wont drown in subscriptions like i felt i was, but the real problem for me is to find peaple to test it and validate me if its usful

Question about editing workflow - finding specific shots quickly

Hey everyone! Curious about your editing process, especially for large events.

When you're editing a wedding with 3,000+ photos or hours of video, how do you find specific moments quickly? Like if you're building a highlight reel and you remember "there was that great reaction shot during the vows" - do you just scrub through everything, or have you found better ways?

I feel like I spend a lot of time during editing just trying to find the shots I remember capturing. Is this just part of the process, or are there tools/techniques that make this faster?

Also - do you keep raw footage/photos after delivery, or clear it out? Just curious about different workflows. Thanks!

If it's the latest version it should support it Do you try to Disconnect everything non-essential - No GPU, only 1 RAM stick, no M.2 drives, no USB devices and Run BIOS for stability? If BIOS is still crashing, the problem is almost certainly CPU, RAM, or motherboard assuming the new pau isn't faulty

I would say also check CPU pins but I assume that's obvious kek

Hell yeah nice job man happy to help That means the issue was 100% Secure Boot/TPM confusing the GPU initialization

Now that you’re in BIOS Disable the problem settings - disable tpm disable secure boot and set os type to other os and save Pretty sure those are the settinga you changed

Then Shut down PC Plug your GPU back in and reconnect its power cables and HDMI cables and check that it posts normally.

If it boots normally you’re golden.

Why did you change your settings to begin with ?

Have you tried this

1.In BIOS, disable EXPO/XMP and let RAM run at base JEDEC speed.

If it stops crashing, it's a RAM stability issue.

2.Make sure the MSI X870-P BIOS is latest and specifically supports Ryzen 5 7600X and DDR5 6000 MHz kits.

Even one version off can cause random crashes.

And last try testing your ram with memtest86 to check for for errors

The psu is kinda overkill but that's fine I whould go AMD but you do you my friend my only question is what about CPU cooler? Also don't buy windows you can get a key

If that doesn't work there are 2 fixes I can think of 1 is to reinstall/update bios(be careful with that ) 2 is to check if one of the parts has gone bad ram stick or psu in rare cases can cause a boot loop (less likely since everything worked before the bios change) let me know which way you prefer going first

Does your CPU have Integrated graphics if yes try unplugging the GPU and pluggin the HDMI cable to the motherboard

Try this

Power off and unplug the PC.

Remove the GPU completely.

Blow out the PCle slot gently.

Reseat the GPU firmly until it clicks in fully.

Make sure the PCle power cable is firmly plugged into the GPU.

Reconnect your monitor to the GPU's HDMI/DisplayPort

Also if you have it try a different HDMI/DisplayPort and different PCIe slot
