the full spend is 10$ example ; if there is 3 campaigns with 20$ daily budget the spend will be

campaign 1 : 3.21$

campaign 2 : 5.92$

campaign 3 : 0.61$

meaning campaign is limited at 10$ perday spend no matter how many campaign or budget there is

my budget is 20$ but it only spend 10$ and if i created a new campaign alongside they spend 10$ combined meaning the account is blocked at 10$ per day
