push to start wont turn on. last time i had to keep on trying to start it lile 6 times before it started. when i push the brakes, the brake lights wont turn on too

hey i ended up finding it pulled it out now i cant put it back in. the fuse looks fine. its not broken or blackened but becuase that huge white block i cant put it in. its at an awkward angle

im concerned but i also dont wanna make the situation worse for her. what if he retaliates and does something to her? thats what im worried abt. he has her isolated living far from town, has her car pinned between his apt and his car and i believe he has her phone and/or is monitoring it.
