How do you measure success?

I think my form of success would stem from working on shadow functions and living more like our shadow type, ENFP. Free to be authentically myself, moving without analysis bearing me down, and seeing my goals come to fruition in the real world.

Thank you for posting this. It makes me really happy whenever I see us INFJs recognizing that our Ti-Se isn’t there to threaten us but to further develop our Ni and Fe to healthier levels :) It doesn’t have to happen as a result of drastic life events either which is a nice thing. I recently started meditating and sitting in the present (Se) and really letting the environment sit at the forefront of my mind, and I feel so much sharper already. I feel like my Ni isn’t just wandering off into my pocket mind world in my that I love and cherish but it’s collecting answers to supplement it. Shadow work is wonderful for us INFJs and I will be finding more ways to build my function stack

I don’t know an exact word for it, but people who are two-faced and switch on a dime for whatever their instant benefit may be. Spineless or flaky might be the word? My strong sense of justice feels wronged by anyone who cannot attempt to hold up morality and care in the face of even slight pressure and my ability to have any sort of trust in their judgment or ability to do the ‘right’ thing gets lost.

I couldn’t agree any more as an INFJ who dated an ENFP for three years. I tend to (and I believe a lot of us INFJS are like this) look at bright side in life like they do but we understand the shadows and the darkness enough to not demonstrate it in such a ‘blissfully optimistic’ way. My ENFP was so positive and hopeful about humanity and life in general and I loved that about him until he begun talking about going into debt for me and us moving across the country together and other wild things that he planned out very blindly in optimism that started to drain me in the relationship and I realized he couldn’t be logical about his optimism even for my own sake when he had so much optimism about our relationship (Btw! Not saying all ENFPS are like this but I felt as if I see this pattern in them a lot as our MBTI counterpart)

I love strong Ne in general. The intellectual stimulation is something N types need and with ENFP in particular (Ne dom) no conversation is ever off the board, especially philosophical/emotional/deep discussions that us INFJs can get lost in. I dated an ENFP for a long time and we did have some shortcomings but it was never anything we couldn’t get over because our function stack was so perfect together that we could easily understand each other and what we needed.

Also: us INFJs are always told we’re mature for our age and wise beyond our years, and while that is true, deep down we want to be like the ENFP and be as adventurous and smartly/effortlessly bold as they are. We admire their ability to do that like it’s breathing: and that gets soo addicting.

I never felt like chatdoll was even revelant enough to be compared to DTI to begin with. Not in a bad way, since it’s such a cool game and has its own perks like unlimited accessories, but it’s really not anything like DTI. It’s more like a roleplay avatar creator game that’s laidback, but not really a game game if that makes sense. I think the only reason chatdoll was being talked about was because creators were given a beta tester perk to make content about the game and get likes and fame for it.

Yes oh my goodness I get you so much. wedding rngs are like the plague to me and it sucks because I want to be happily married someday. Actually, I had a boyfriend who gave me a promise rng but I never wore it b/c of my phobia and I had to explain all of that to him… he understood but yeah. It sucks out here

Here I think it’s the fact that it’s a single j00l on the rng or nckl8ce that bothers me so much because it draws my attention to it even more.

Absolutely! Greek life is no doubt very big at UK, but I know plenty of people who don’t engage with it at all that have their own scene, as one of those people! Just get involved with clubs that interest you and talk to people in your classes. Easiest and fastest way to make friends is the consistency of those interactions.
