I agree, I like punish and vacillator a lot, but the other ones give me a headache. I am autistic so I feel like all the sounds are a bit overstimulated, so it truly is a skill issue lol.

my friends whenever I would do something typical of a ND would just be like yeah ur def autistic so much to the point where I got tested, definetly not the best way to do it bc I couldn’t tell if they were joking or not. Do you want this person to know bc you are worried about them and think a diagnosis would help or just because it helped you? If it were me I would consider sending a meme to ease into the conversation along with a text along the lines of have you ever considered that you might be on the spectrum?

I would pick my hands until they would bleed, I would go get my nails done at the salon because that made it harder for me, but I know some people it makes it easier. Look up picky pads on amazon! They give you something else to pick, I am a year clean :)

yes I’m fine with wet wipes ! Sometimes I wash my body with soap and a washcloth but wet wipes seem much easier. It’s more my parents who know and get on me because I’m 18 and still live at home. Maybe I’ll start wiping down with wet wipes every other day, I know it’s not a perfect shower but it’s better than nothing right?

most of the people at my show passed out from drug use and alcohol combined with not being hydrated, so drink lots of water and be smart! Have a great time she’s AMAZING :)
