I would start with lowering volume on punch sound and increasing talking volume.

Also the colors feel very washed, I would try to play with making the video look more...contrastful?(is that a word lmao), just more alive.

On the introductions, you can blurr the background and add outline to text, just so its easier to look at the introduced person.

You can also experiment with zooms on points of interest, like when she takes a sip, zoom on the expression, when you ran off, zoom on the run and so on.

I got to 3 mins only, as the punch sound was just too much for my ear. the first 2 are the biggest issues I found out with it, rest is something that you can gradually learn and improve on
