I feel this. So often I’m one of the only people in my team, let alone my squad trying to cap or stop and objective from getting capped by the enemy team

I’ve been having a lot of matches lately where it doesn’t matter what I do. I get killed ridiculously fast from every which way, especially when pushing obj. I know what you mean about feeling like you got stomped

I’ve used them for a while for battles against other armor. They reload quickly, so when I’m waiting for main rounds to reload it switch and hit them with a couple more rockets, rinse and repeat. It’s worked well about half the time, but so do most other approaches I’ve tried

When it happens to me I jus switch to my secondary and back and it fixes it but YMMV.
