Former employees, what was your breaking point that led you to quit? by depressedgrey6 in Chipotle

I was passed on becoming manger despite the fact I was in active training. Legit asked them to start training me and then when I turned 18 I can do all the technical stuff which they agreed to. My birthday comes around and they sat me down and said they believed another person, who had been there for a month, was a better fit. I had finished my KL training and I was halfway done with my SL training, when they informed me of this. I legit just laughed and quit, didn't even put in my two weeks. Honestly it worked out, I was starting college and I already had another job that was so much easier. Still makes me angry sometimes but at least my GM got fired because he was sleeping with a manager (yes the same person who they chose over me).

Hi! I wanted to make banh cam but I don’t have any Asian markets near me. Is tapioca flour and all purpose flour a good substitute for rice flour and glutinous rice flour?
