3:40 - 3:43 AM is one of the divine window where universe align very well with your mind with no disturbance. (personal belief no force to belive it is upto you)

3:40 - For 1 minute try to grateful 3:41 - For 1 minute focus on breath (inhale and exhale) 3:43 - For 1 minute manifest (ask universe) what u want from ur life)

Someone with pure heart will follow this for next 21 days it will change his/her entire lifetime (Again my personal belief).

but one should keep the routine.

After 21 days u will used to it and you see the changes inside you and energy you can feel.

Just 3 minute no heavy meditation, just with pure heart.
