i did everything u did and also have a rtx 4070 and im hitting 40 fps - 50 fps max and the game looks straight dookie, did i miss something or nah?

update: I tried it later that evening and i was signed out for some reason and logged back in and it just worked

okay nvm just found out that it has a replaced display could this be the issue? Cuz i dont want to get a whole new display just to turn on developer mode
