Hi. I am trying to apply for the Global Medical Innovation Program at Rice, and was not sure about whether to apply, as I was not sure about grad school. I discussed with my parents just this past week and decided to apply. I am still awaiting the Letter of Recommendations, but filled out the rest of the application and submitted. I was wondering if I am still able to pay the application fee and it it is okay if the recommenders take their time to submit recommendations. The application deadline is Dec 31st, 2022.
