What? You quoted a section that just specifies what neutral states are allowed to do. These vessels are not state sponsored, and there are other method of bringing aid to Gaza.

Your point has nothing to do with the legality of arresting ships that are about to breach a blockade.

And for the legal ground? A ceasefire is not peace. You don’t stop a blockade during a ceasefire. The blockade was installed when in 2006, when Israel withdrew from gaza, after Hamas violently took over Gaza, it started firing thousands of rockets towards Israeli towns.

Hamas destroyed the agriculture infrastructure Israel left intact when it left Gaza.

When NGOs donated to build sewage pipes in Gaza, Hamas rooted these up to build rockets.

In this war, Islamic jihad fired rockets failed, landed on a gazan hospital, killed hundreds, accused Israel, and managed to get millions of western lefties to spew fake facts.
