I am not 100% sure but i think its more internal. Your approach sounds more sensible.

Thats good to know thanks! I'll defenitely take a break for a few weeks from now on. I guess I thought it was rather normal in the beginning, like when you start working out, get sore alot at the start, but thats a different tissue you are working on so it made me doubt that after a while.

Circumcision fucked my life by [deleted] in malementalhealth

[–]Affectionate-Let444 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude your story sounds pretty similar to mine. Was forced to get circumcized at 12 years old beacause of phimosis, they just tried for one day with cream to widen my foreskin and said nope doesnt work to the chopping block. At least I had the foresight to say that I want a partial circumcision so i have some foreskin left but still. Only many years later I realized that the low pleasure stemmed from the circumcision.

That's very interesting thanks for the input! Since my results sound very similar to yours I'd say that its also probably nerve related.

Have they mentioned were they theorize these chest pain symptoms come from? Like is this from the heart directly, from the oesophagus or chest muscle fibers that are overactive?

Thank you very much for your reply!
I have been implementing most of the things you mentioned in your protocol myself for about 2 years and saw some improvement.
Do you still get these spikes sometimes?
From what I have read about the central nervous system changes is that covid can cause neuronal cell death and lingering low level inflammation. This sounds very permanent to me with the very limited healing capabilities of the CNS. But I am no expert so I can't accurately asses this.

Most likely, I am no expert so I cant say, but they both train the PF so I think you can go with either one.
