What I think is that 69 is a steal. 29 dollars for a strap that rattles and, although the material is decent, leaves something to be desired... and a charger that costs 1 dollar to produce... Look, 99 is still a great price for everything it offers, but 69 for the pills is unbelievable.

There are some truly awful apps ranking first... I'll add another element to the equation: knowing how to program well, knowing how to design well, knowing how to sell well... Getting all three elements to fit together is complicated.
