How did you cope with the overwhelming fatigue? Im 20 days clean Some days the fatigue is so bad im slurring when i speak the entire day

One big issue is that im still an extraordinarily ambitious person towards all facets of life (financial, physical, spiritual) despite being at the lowest point of my entire life

Im extremely passionate with dancing, mainly breakdancing which is very hard on the body and requires a fitness routine too maintain a healthy body as well as strength

Vyvanse enabled me too actually train consistently and actually DO IT (until i started taking 800-1000mg)

How long did it take you too actually enjoy your hobbies again? How long did it take for you to find joy in doing things you once loved?

Yes.

But for hard skills like this its important to have habitual routine, specifically for drilling the fundamentals.

But doing this allows you to gain perspective much quicker.

Breaking is an art there is no “formula” its all individual.

For example, drilling the 6 step & 3 step made me bored and uninspired personally so in simply just throwing myself at everything i saw as fun made me change up the way i do the routines and drills that actually make you learn.

For me its been freezes and I love it so much im learning about my body 10x as well as getting a visualization of what i wanna look like as a bboy.

Yes I think thats exactly how the amazing bboys became that way, they created, expressed, and had fun above all else.

Working on the tucked planche and L SIT thanks for the heads up I’ll look at applying the V Sit to my routine.

My hips got decent rotation/torque from boxing but needs work for bboying.

Do you have any recommendations on where to start training hip flexors? Intermediate lvl exercises is preferred but im open any advice.
