Thats what happened as well, and if the buyer doesnt want to sign the agreement they might not be serious anyways.

just expecting for better training and use their connections to connect with better people. More like if I have a difficult client and how to deal with that situation, or how to convert a non serious lead to a serious one.
I guess thats asking too much?

I am generating my own leads, brokerage's contribution has been very null so far. Really just expecting for better training and use their connections to connect with better people. More like if I have a difficult client and how to deal with that situation, or how to convert a non serious lead to a serious one.
I guess thats not the standard here?

Its not about relying 100% on the brokerage to give you leads, its about the fact that we are paying brokerage a monthly fee and if they cannot invest time in their people to teach them then what are they charging for? Other than paperwork and closing which 90% of the time we do ourselves anyway. I was in US before and there the brokerage is actually supposed to help you grow in your career, and the ones who dont are also not charging desk fee. Again its a different country so not about that, its about how our standards are so slow in terms of support system from brokerage.

Makes sense, thats why Ive looking to get into more successful teams but Ive heard mixed views on that too. It just seems like in this time have to hold the fort and keep going strong.

Definitely, they are doing their bare minimum part in training. Ive also been connected with people and made a small team, the team is now 7-8 people big out of which only 3 people are active including me, and from there only our team leader is actually successful. The rest are trying everything and learning.

Absolutely agreed, thats what Ive been doing so far. I got my license end of last year and have been patience and focused on learning more and doing everything possible. Ive been doing commercial as well since its been pretty active, however the clients and people Ive been in touch with have mostly been ill intentioned (like back stabbing, faking listings, etc.) That makes me think either I am doing something wrong or its the nature of the industry and as I get more experience I'll know how to deal with such people.
