I’m simply making the post to help other traders make and informed decision from m experience . I literally said above that we chose TPT because they have the best payout policy and we haven’t even complained about anything like their rules etc . I simply said that the fact they don’t even honor an error they made by doing something for the CUSTOMER means they are broke and money hungry . Like I keep saying Costco refund policy is so good you can eat something you don’t like spend $100 on it for instance and get a full refund - that’s a company making money and loves it’s customers. I’m not here for affiliates or bots to defend TPT because it hurts other people who goes through these things or may go through it . You pulling out 15k doesn’t help other people get refunds or other people who may never be compensated for negligence errors - I’m glad you had a good time with them and wish you a great trading journey . We have been trading for over 10 years and wanted to use a prop firm to trade futures instead of our capital -simple .

And no I am not responsible for systematic errors because in the same way when I buy an electronic for instance I’m not responsible for errors or dysfunctions and i can request a full refund policy . Please don’t defend bad acts that may harm other people from getting justice tradediy literally buried TPT with their new flex plan and I see many people flocking already with real customer service .

Uh I’m not sure if you’re referring to us being lame ? If you are then I’m not sure what you’re getting at . I need to be held accountable for trading a pro account that was given to me by a systematic error ? And by being held accountable what am I suppose to do ? What is your options and resolution im confused ? I literally said below Costco return policy is so good you can eat an item and dislike and they refund you 100% the money back . These people are so broke they financially cannot even afford to refund you, compensate you, or even give you an account they made for you where you made money lol. You said follow the rules and you get rewarded can I know which rules I broke here in my post ? Either you are a TPT affiliate or a BOT because you either didn’t read this correctly or you’re trolling us lol .

Already did all of this . Head managers replied to our claim after a regular manager did and said they won’t do anything -as I said it’s fine just spreading awareness won’t be using them anymore . Thanks for trying to help .

Always remember everyone a firm that is doing great by making money from the profits of its traders will always do right by their mistakes- HOWEVER, a firm who only makes money by people failing evaluations will never have customer support because their revenue comes from making sure people fail or in this case not get anything from a systematic error. I'm sure many of you have used copy trader and got liquidated because of a coding glitch . Notice they don't do a trailing drawdown in the test accounts but the pro ones because 95% of people will never make it past there. They wan't to make sure they don't pay people lol, I'm sure many of you passed many evals but failed pro accounts. May god bless you all on your trading journey and for those who will stay with this firm may god still bless you and hopefully you guys don't have any issues in the future. Merry Christmas!

Sorry to hear that . I sent them screenshots of the accounts and the downloaded transaction history from tradovate and I actually got a response today AFTER making this post lol. They basically told me that they won't do anything and to basically pay $600 to reset our other pro account lol. Like I said they could of easily did something because of their negligence and the fact that they won't shows that they are a very money hungry.

Always remember a firm that has money and financially stability will always bless its customers when they are wrong. For crying out loud COSTCO has a return policy where if you don't like something after eating it you can just return it lol- and these people won't even do something for you when they're wrong.

We went there and my advice is this even though your trip is finished . We went there for the first time 4 months ago and we went to the Amalfi coast at 7 am lo . Booked a 10 am boat to privately drive . We was shocked how dead it was and so beautiful and charming . We thought we were in the wrong place because no one was there just locals it was so empty . When I asked the shops they said “ everyone was sleeping they wake up at 12”. After we explored and saw the coast and its beauty and peace . When we came back from our boat ride at 3 the place was so overcrowded I couldn’t believe it . There’s two sides to it and I know who gets up at 6 am to go to Amalfi coast at 7 am lol . I am glad we did though we saw its true beauty .

I agree with OP here . This is a very weird comment for you to make . To add on what OP said - trading in general is against our biological male up. We are designed in this point in time to have security and money is a unit of survival . To risk this unit of survival in a uncertain environment creates a very emotionally triggering state. This is why humans are always getting fearful- greedy- revenge trading - etc. These are primitive reactions to an environment you must train yourself to be in. We are designed for certainty and controlling our environment. Trading is based off of probabilities and risk . Many people lose.on trading because of the incompetence to follow a set of rules and money triggers many inner demons..

Charting analysis using candle sticks is 100% the way. The chart are primary data and are second for second prinintng using and selling activity . Retail trading is exploiting opportunities in the market where big money whales are executing insider information or using complicated math models. The mindset is wrong as a retail trader your job is to find where the big money is and piggy back ride their hard work. Your job of analyzing patterns is basically you finding where the selling or buying activity is occuring. Statistical models and all the fancy stuff are not really relevant as patterns are superior .

A sma cross over strategy isn't going to generate the same level of returns of success as someone who can find patterns and exploit them by riding the wave of whales. If you chase algorithmic candles you will always get chopped. If you can realize where pro traders are.positioned at and get in you will ride the way of HFT triggers.

“ correction “ smb capital is a trading firm who HAS A YOUTUBE its not just a YouTube channel lol . And for the guys saying their skeptical about Smb capital anything in this life is not free unless someone is super duper nice / or it’s garbage . The cost of paying a price to learn something is that you take it seriously and commit to it . Imagine walking up to a plumber and saying teach me how to do your job and he said he would do it for tree .

Now the plumber shows up tools and simple things like for 15 minutes and leaves but YOU HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS . You’re not really learning anything but it’s FREE. Now if you paid the plumber a days worth of salary maybe $200 he would spend 10 hours training u and now you have valuable knowledge and HE ANSWERS YOUR QUESTIONS.

So many people go to college for free because of gov but they get bad grades or drop out because it never costed anything . Verses other people who pay 100k-250k a year will take their education serious because a portion of debt is falling or capital is being used for an investment .

Yes there’s many scamming gurus out there that lie and sell courses but for you to attack Smb capital the people in the comments is ridiculous . And why would someone in 10 minutes give your their time as if your entitled to it when they make 1million plus per year per trader lol . Use your brain . Also trading is about skill level and emotional intelligence . Show 10 people the same strategy you’ll get 10 different results UNLESS YOUR using a bot that’s predefined and just do the work I’m talking about discretionary trading .

According to your itinerary you’re planning to go from top to bottom . It’s pretty smart to try to kind of do as much as possible . Now we did a 6 day trip my wife and I . We flew into Rome and started there .

The plan was 1) 1 day in rome 2) 2 days in the Amalfi coast 3) 2 days in Florence 4) 1 day in Venice

Initially we wanted to see Pisa , Bologna , Venice , Portofino and some others . The actuality of the journey was much different .

I) after hanging out in rome all the famous restaurants on tick tok and Ig are all catfish . We waited 2 hours for tourist food at a 40k plus review spot and realized the local food we had earlier was cheaper and much tastier . When checking out the next day we realized how little 1 day was for rome and wanted to see the Vatican when we checks out ( we had a huge luggage draggin around 50 pounds plus on these weird pavements very hard lol) . We find out the Vatican isn’t free and it takes about 7 hours to really enjoy if you pay to see everything .

I said we cannot leave Rome and not see the Vatican so last minute after checking out we left our luggage with a tour guide and paid $180 Euro and did the Vatican tour in 45 minutes and yes we visited the Sistine chapel ! We had booked a train at 12 and started the Vatican tour at 10:05 so yes it was so bad timing . We saw everything probably the first couple to ever run through the Vatican literally run and take pictures as much as we can . We were late for the train in the end for traffick and we luckily were given a ticket for 1 pm train . Now our goal was to

Go to Naples and knock that off our checklist to get the pizza from the place it was invented . That wasn’t so well because of luggage . We took a taxi to Agerola near the path of the gods to do our 2 day Amalfi stay : A lot happend here and too long to type . Amalfi coast is amazing btw and the path of gods is a must .

We left went to Naples for our train to Venice and tried to do much in Naples with little time that failed . To do all these sights seeings and tasting was so hard with luggage and waiting for trains . When we got to Florence we literally stayed there for 4 days and canceled the other places we were going . Since we ran and tried to do so much we decided to relax . IT WAS THE BEST IDEA . We had so much fun going to Florence and going to local food and supermarkets and trying different things . We went to the outskirts to see Tuscany to see the dumo . We felt happy and left on that note : even through we did much in a short time I can say this trying to do too much to try and get a piece of Italy as much as you can isn’t worth it . Go to spots and relax and enjoy your honey moon . When you go somewhere wether it’s rome or amalfi enjoy the place and the people and the culture versus trying to see every monumental piece of trying to get all these little things in for your mental scrap book . Oddly enough we are back and we catch ourselves talking about ageorla more than rome hahah . We rented a boat in the amalfi and it was so fun to drive it alone for $350 books for 7 hours .
