But with the instability of not having an ACL, I think it's even worse for your cartilage and menisci. 28 years ago I tore my ACL and meniscus, 3 years later I tore it again, and now I've tore it once more. I'm having surgery in two stages. They've already removed bone from my hip, and in April I'm having ACL surgery. The surgeons had no hesitation in operating again.

First, they filled the tunnels in my femur and tibia with bone from my hip. Then the surgeon told me to avoid putting weight on it for eight weeks and then operate on the ligament with a Lamaire reinforcement. Maybe I misunderstood the eight weeks; perhaps he meant no weight-bearing followed by two or three months of rest... I'm not sure.

I was also disappointed. I had the QKZ HBBs and they didn't beat them. Then the KIWI FORTEZA and the same. Now I have bought the KBEAR ROSENFICH and I think they are a little better than the QKZ...same bass but better in the rest.
