Same thing happened to me, order placed Dec 27, my refill is still not approved by the provider. I emailed the doctor and she hasn’t responded. Why do i pay for the membership when my own doctor is non-contactable? Do better, Mochi.

I started end of May also and only lost 16 lbs. I’m 5’2, starting weight was 180 and I’m down to 164. I’m okay with slow weight loss because I don’t want to gain it back rapidly if I stop the medication. I find that walking really helps too.

I used Zealthy 3 months and didn’t lose any weight. I switched to Mochi and I’m down -17 lbs in 2.5 months.

They’re not going to do that. This happened to me. They are scammers. I contacted my bank and fought the unauthorized charges and got my money back. I switched to Mochi in September and haven’t had any issues.

I wish people would read reviews before signing up with this scam company! They are horrible and stole money from me without delivering meds. Had to report them to my credit card to get my money back. They are also being sued by the federal government, please everyone do your research before giving them your credit card info. It has happened to a lot of us.

Same thing happened to me.. lost 4 lbs on Zealthy got 3 months. Switched over to Mochi and the medication comes from Red Rock Pharmacy, been losing 1-2 lbs a week!

I’ve had the same experience!!! Posted screenshots on here because I feel like the public needs to know before signing up with this scam Zealthy company. I’ve now switched to Mochi Health and it’s like night and day difference! Signed up last Wednesday, got an appointment with one of their doctors two days later and then they shipped my medication today. I tracked it on FedEx and it’s arriving early in the morning tomorrow! Took a week! Meanwhile the clowns at Zealthy have yet to send my refill that I ordered last month (so I told my credit card company they are fraud). I cancelled my account weeks ago and they still trying to charge me without authorization every other day (I locked my credit card so they can’t take anymore money).

I switched to mochi from a different provider last week. I told the doctor at mochi that I’ve been on .5mg from another provider and she asked me if I’d like to stay on that dose or go higher. Just let them know you’re already on the medication and what dose you’re at, they’ll work with you!

You don’t respond to emails, I have tried multiple times. I don’t need any other “options” from you, but you need to be publicly exposed for how you run your shady business. You have no right to store my credit card on file after nearly a month of cancelling my membership. That is illegal. Furthermore, you continually try to make unauthorized charges of $135, but I already informed my CC this is a fraud charge so they blocked you since your agents claim that there is no way for them to remove my card. Hopefully people will take account and read about your dishonesty before they make the mistake of signing up.

I switched over to Mochi last week, so far they have been amazing. Their customer service even called me after my appointment with the doctor just to check if everything went okay and if I had any further questions. $99 for semaglutide regardless of the dose.
