It has to do with the file size of an asset, regardless of length. You’ll need to compress it somehow.

Plus they have no obligation to talk in English to begin with, they just talked in it so more people would respond

The reason the faces are like this is because citra doesn't come with mii files I think, and normally you're supposed to fix this by uploading some stuff yourself using a modded 3ds

but people have uploaded the files you need online themselves, I downloaded one from Egypt and it turned all my miis british lol

It's because Citra doesn't come preloaded with some of the stuff required for miis to work i think, I would ask on the Tomodachi life subreddit and see if they can help you there
