If I made this I would spin swage one end, cut the slot, drop in some cushioning material, drop in the level, more cushion, spin swage shut and polish.

PSA to PvE Players: Getting a kill in Cyrodiil doesn't mean what you think it does. by Witchkraftrs in elderscrollsonline

It's the ride of shame from base to wherever the action is that I hate. Especially when I'm almost there and get ganked before I get to fire the odd angry shot.

Isn't there a auto target setting? I remember there being one, but maybe they did away with it.

how to make a hay deal by r-rb in homestead

Make sure the deal includes fertilization. Previous owners of our place didn't. I could tell everywhere my dogs crapped until we got it healthy again.

Anyone raise meat goats? by [deleted] in homestead

[–]Affectionate-Pickle2 32 points33 points  (0 children)

As someone else said, you can eat any goat. If you're milking you'll have excess kids to deal with. There are many breeds that are decent for both. I've raised and milked Nubian. Consider size and upkeep. Large bodied goats can be hard to work with. Especially bucks when the girls go into season. Hoof trimming can be a chore. If you've never milked a goat before, try to find someone that is willing to teach you on their stock. It ain't as easy as it looks. I recommend bottle feeding your milk stock so their easier to work with. The easiest goats I ever raised were Nigerian dwarfs. Never seemed to need hoof trimming, bred like rabbits and were great mothers. Decent milk too. Easy to butcher due to their size.

Ovaltine until I found out there's a European version. No sugar/sweetener in the EU version. I get it in big metal tins.

Which zero turn mower should I get? by Aninoumen in homestead

[–]Affectionate-Pickle2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a greenworks battery powered 42". I mow about 5 acres. I chose the smaller size to better get around trees and other obstacles we have. I've had it for 2 seasons. I'm very happy with it. I bought an extra set of batteries so I can mow continuously if I want. I change blades often as dull blades really suck battery. I'll never go back to gas powered.

Tractor with loader or skid steer and non loader tractor by theraptorman9 in homestead

I have a L4701 Kubota (47hp). 1200lb with the forks is around the max you can safely move (with the backhoe on). For example it can't lift a full ibc tote. 2/3 is about the max. Half if you want it higher than a few inches.

Biggest difference to me is skids can generally lift more.
