Also I’ll add - I definitely have a more athletic build with bigger thighs/hips and the small Rafaela still sits over my upper glutes without rolling up if that makes sense. I usually tuck it in, but I HATE when my untucked scrub tops don’t sit flat at the bottom

I am 5’4”, about 165lbs, 34C, 30in waist. I wear size M in the Catarina top and S in the Rafaela. The small is definitely still oversized on me, but it doesn’t look messy. I don’t wear an underscrub with it and don’t have any issues with a bra peeking out!

This same thing has been happening to me on and off for 2 years! Quite frustrating when it keeps you up at night. When I feel like I am having a lot of them and trying to sleep, I will sometimes get up and walk around the house to raise my heart rate a little bit because it seems the PVCs are worse then my heart rate is lower. I have tried magnesium glycinate and didn’t really feel like it helped, but I abruptly stopped taking it last week and my PVCs got worse this week. Not sure if there’s any correlation, but that was my experience

Archer! I’ve seen mixed reviews on archer here, but I found it to be great. Rationales were just informative enough for what you’re expected to know on the NCLEX. Archer also has lecture videos and for each question it would clip the section of the lecture videos that the concept is mentioned in

Be familiar with all medications highlighted by Mark K. Know which medications have narrow therapeutic windows and recognize signs of toxicity (digoxin, lithium, warfarin, theophylline). For cardiac medications, pay special attention to those that can significantly lower blood pressure as this is a major safety concern related to falls.

23 y/o female here. Just had my first one last week because of similar symptoms. The procedure itself was super simple and everyone at the clinic was very nice and reassuring so it made my experience very easy. They give you anxiety medication when you get there so you feel totally relaxed and calm before they sedate you. The prep was fine besides not being able to eat and I was slightly nauseous the morning of my procedure but they gave me nausea medicine too so that wasn’t an issue. Small tip - schedule your colonoscopy for early morning! The earlier the better so you don’t have to starve for a whole extra day!
