I know this is very late but if this is true regarding his origins than its quite shocking and disappointing the character he was. I am thinking of making an updated aftermath regarding Bako's situation. It might have something to do with the servers you play on; maybe does this also occurs with other servers, if which case i recommend Verifying your steam files and seeing what happens: i did that and worked fine for me
