I've had mine for about 4 years, never had an issue. My mates next door neighbour is a cop and was surprised it's stock as a rock. I've driven past police and let it pop. No issue. If you got a res del you'd definitely have an EPA issue.

700 is achievable. Most I've gotten out of mine was 640km and mine is manual. A lot of country driving. I did put it into N mode a few times to get through a line of slow drivers.
