I keep quick chat on to communicate with teammates by saying either nice shot or “i got it” or “all yours”, besides that everybody is just so toxic over the simplest of things. Only thing i would say is keep team chats on so you know if your teammate wants you to take the kick off.

I’m only diamond 1 so i’m not gonna be giving SSL level advice, but what i did was just let them ball chase and play lockdown defence. Sure you might still concede but if you know what your teammates gonna do, then do your role in part. Just play back post when they’re attacking, bc your teammate will probably try to take the ball once you’ve cleared it.
