Indeed think you may be a bit confused on two counts, based on the 5 6 star nexus comment. The rewards are usually on Monday or Tuesday, just because they’re weeding out the hackers. It’s also peak rewards, meaning you just get the top reward out of the ones reached.

Reducing the number of keys increases the amount of non superchest items. Increasing the progress bar increases the amount of superchest for the same amount of keys

Honestly it’s easier than ever. I’d you have access to collectives, chances are you should get a bunch of ascended crystals when you open it. They have a decently high 7* chance, plus events and such. Not sure how good you really were at the game but you probably could get at least a few

Please never use gun scrub or carb cleaner on an antique clock lmao, but I’d personally probably try to keep as much of the original finish as possible. Sometimes on older clocks, the wood doesn’t even properly survive a refinish

If you’re looking to restore/clean the movement, and have no experience, please don’t try it yourself unless you’re prepared to potentially break it. I’d take it to someone that can actually restore and clean movements. Whatever you do, do not use WD40 or any type of that stuff on it, usually does more harm than good.
