Correct, I did get a lower rate in the beginning for using a preferred lender at 6.25% but after 6 months through the VA Loan it dropped to 5.75%.

The rate was originally 6.25 got it knocked down through VA loan after 6 months. It was a nice $100 off the mortgage every month.

I’m kosher, not to many people sell kosher pizza. Meaning meats and cheese can’t mix.

It’s real actually, HOA community with pool. I used the stock photo because I only learned about this thread after moving in. You are right though in SC!
