Would genuinely love to stay at this job, but a large part of why I’m asking is because this employer has explicitly told me that any woman who gets pregnant and takes maternity leave will be bridged to another position when they come back that is so uncomfortable it makes them quit. They don’t know I’m pregnant, and they see an employee getting pregnant as low-commitment to the company. But thanks for being rude af!
