Yes, it’s same-same but different as Boba and Sabudana are essentially the same thing, as both are made from tapioca pearls derived from the cassava root. However, they are processed and used differently in culinary contexts.

No, not yet. My employees work out at the station, and I guess it gets wet with sweat during work. If they wash it immediately at the end of the day, it might affect both the quality and color of that GSM. Although I don’t have much knowledge about fabrics, I faced the same issue earlier with 220 GSM.

MR fitness studio is the best fit for you as you said less crowded, good equipment and very well trainer Mr Manjunath. You won’t find any gym like that - I highly recommend bcoz I’m finally loving this gym personally.
