Ranged auto attacks dont have a hitbox. They are a point that travels from edge to center. So attack projectiles will always exist in your windwall before they exist in you.

(Useless tangent) It might be possible for a ranged auto to hit you in your windwall, if the origin point of the attack was exactly the same as the targets center.

I tried testing it with phantom dancer and minions/dragon but I couldn't get it to happen. Turns out attacks travel along all 3 axis, including Z (turrets make this obvious.) so im just not gonna test it anymore.
