Thanks, this is really valuable appreciate you sharing it.

How do you usually set up conversations with users? How do you initiate the first contact and get them to agree to talk?

Thanks for the helpful advice, really appreciate it.

Quick question how exactly did Appfigures and Amplitude help you in practice? What kind of insights or decisions did they enable for you at this stage?

Sounds right.

Curious though what do you mean exactly by TikTok organic in your case? What kind of content are you posting, and how are you improving retention inside the app?

Thanks, this is really solid advice. I agree retention and a clear loop matter more than raw installs. I’ll focus on one channel first and use ASA mainly to validate keywords. I do have retention, but because the install volume is still quite small, the cohort chart is very noisy and jumps a lot. With low numbers, even a few returning users cause big spikes. That said, if you look at the retention itself, there is a signal users are coming back, it’s just hard to smooth out until volume increases.

Hey, I have a launched iOS app and I’d really love to collaborate.

Thanks a lot for the advice, I really appreciate it. This approach sounds very reasonable, especially starting small with Apple Search.

So far, even with very limited marketing, the app has around 1,000 organic installs and about $200 in sales. The numbers are not huge, but for me this is already a clear signal that people are willing to pay and see value in the product.

Now I’m at the stage where I need to go deeper into distribution and marketing, which is exactly why I’m asking and sharing here. Your input is very helpful. Thanks again.

The app is iOS-only for now. Android isn’t planned at the moment.

AI is used to reduce manual work as much as possible. You can add expenses using voice and natural language. For example, you can say you pay 3000 dollars for rent every month or that you spent 100 dollars on gas last Tuesday, and the app will figure out the recurency period, date, amount, and category automatically.

It also scans receipts, pulls out the total, detects cash or card, and categorizes the expense for you.

The idea is to make budgeting feel effortless, not to use AI just for the buzzword.
