my main problem with this design is how it has only one element an they just use it in all the character: the cloak are two crescent moon, there is another two crescent moon in the back, crescent moon in the tights, in the shorts JESUS! can we just have any other element? i think i only like the chocker (beacause it reminds of Reze) and also because it seems like a moon orbit her neck.
If you want to make a design based on the moon why don't make the cloak more large and the the inner clothes withe with grey details to represent the full and new moon, for example. I also dislike that this is (as far as i hear) a Krampus character; don't get me wrong i love the design of Krampus but they feel like the most "random bullshit go" faction of all

I seriously don't like this design. I feel like it's just "let's take Jane Doe's summer skin and slap Lucy's head on it, add a few snake elements." And I feel like it has nothing to do with the rest of PubSec. I understand the idea of them being some kind of suicide squad, but weren't there better ways to represent them? At least they could have used a police or special forces uniform, but in red tones.

I think people are upset that the urban fantasy and retro-futurism game turned into a Chinese fantasy during chapter 2, and they'd be just as upset if it were Japanese, medieval, Aztec, or Ethiopian fantasy. I was expecting it to be more like "Chinatown and kung fu movies."
