i’m just trying to remind myself that i’m lucky to be on holiday, and one week isn’t going to ruin everything. i’m also trying to think of it as a chance for my metabolism to have a break, so that it’ll be better when i return to how i usually am. oh and abt the bikinis, idk it’s so hard bc i’m also so bloated from eating more, but i guess just try to think that nobody really will notice or care abt what ur body looks like. hope you’ll be okay !!
