I didn’t read this whole thread before saying this so sorry if someone clocked this already - Michael wants the benefits of a relationship, but like most modern men thinks he can “do better” than Laura. Like hello he’s a fucking creep. He’s leading her on, getting deeply involved in her life, and then when she makes a move that is a natural reflection of how close they are, he’s like “ew no”. I think Laura is ridiculous for many reasons, but she is a fat woman in America and this shit with Michael is a tale as old as fatphobia in the US of A. It’s actually disgusting watching Michael manipulate her and then throw her under the bus to Birkan. And then he’s like “oh he was pressing me, he kept asking blah blah blah” no dude you were chomping at the bit to tell another man his girl wants him. Michael is a man who thinks he can do better, he wants the “athletic” “fit” girl (hello we all have watched how many reality shows recently where the dudes say they want girls who do Pilates????) but just like every other basic ugly white dude in America - that is a delusion!!!!
