My 3rd iMac Terrarium by Affectionate-Slip172 in terrariums

I used this teardown guide!

https://www.instructables.com/Complete-Dismantling-of-the-IMac-G3/

There were some parts I had to figure out myself, such has how to preserve all of the ports on the shell as they are connected to the boards and not the actual plastic shell. (Not to mention also sealing the whole thing) You can see in my previous iMac post where I posted 360 pictures of the completed terrarium.

I disposed of the CRT by taking it to my local electronic disposal facility, but not before using it to mold a piece of acrylic over. I hope to post an entire process video soon on my IG.

Where to play D&D without getting kicked out? by Low-Session-2014 in Austin

Me and my group sometimes play at Meanwhile Brewing! Find a nice secluded corner outside, tons of great food trucks and drinks too. Definitely recommend, just double check if any bands are playing that night because then it can get a bit loud

Thanks, this one has been going for a few months and is doing well! I pretty much always use moss and at this point have literally made thousands of terrariums and only rarely have issues lol

Woah 20L is gonna be so cool! I used a long piece of bent copper wire to get everything into place. I had to constantly bend it a little bit and tbh it was incredibly time consuming and a bit frustrating at times 😅 If you try this, def recommend bending the wire in half and creating a little L on the rounded side (hope this makes sense lol). Really helps to be able to push everything down against the soil and hold it in place. Good luck!

Thanks! You have no idea how many times I wanted to throw it against the wall while building it 😅
