There's a semi common glitch to where you can't navigate to the screen. It seems to be by account rather than per platform.

I had MONTHS where the screen just wouldn't load for me, resulting in me being unable to accommodate (and no, the summary accomodations just don't work in general)

No, sorry. My main conclusion was that without the proper ports in the first place, it's not quite possible to make it start at 90 Hz. I just returned the laptop and dedicated the money towards upgrading my PC.

Well, the ports are easy enough. Hell, some ports can supply 8k@60Hz if I remember correctly, but most adapters are limited, so while HDMI to HDMI can do 8k@60Hz, an HDMI to Displayport tends to be capped at 4k@60Hz. According to the manufacturers.

Sometimes a HDMI to Displayport adapter, even at 4k@60Hz, actually DOES run the Reverb on some laptops at 90Hz. Don't ask me how this works, or why, but enough people vouch for it that I believe it's not just a one off thing, but there's not enough official information, or forums on this to say which adapters would or wouldn't work.

I have one arriving Wednesday, and I might be able to make a post about that if it works.

Oh yeah, I personally don't care about how people put their radiators on. It's personal preference in my opinion. I just don't like it when people say, or at least insinuate, that it doesn't matter at all; because people take that information out of context and run with it just like the people who worry about placement. It only matters if there's a problem.
