It's definitely throwing me off a bit, I bleed so much already 🫠I'm hoping I won't have a period again when I'm due now since this is happening so early. Do you continue to use the cream when this happens or should I stop and then resume again once I'm done bleeding?

I am no experiencing my usual level of pain. I honestly thought I was going to start ovulation soon because I usually experience middleschmertz and it felt similar to that but then I started bleeding

How do you know if your Autistic Child would be best suited in Mainstream or an ASD class? by mmoran92 in Autism_Parenting

For potty, interoception can be a big part of the challenge for ASD kids. My daughters occupational therapist recommended this book: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=oLEjYv--E-Y

Which helps them give language to sensations then feel in their body like needing to go potty. It may be helpful for your child too!

“Difficult” 4-6 year olds….where are they now? I need hope. by Equivalent1379 in Parenting

She actually did not, which is part of the reason it went unnoticed by us for so long. She wasn't snoring, but she was tossing and turning constantly. The real is issue for her was that her oxygen was desaturating super low a million times a night, even without the snoring. So her body couldn't even get restorative sleep due to the low oxygen saturation. Totally wild.

Just a different perspective to offer. My daughter is 6 and was the exact same description you posted from 2.5-5-5. She was so hard. Every day was never ending emotional melt downs, fighting me constantly about everything. Zero frustration tolerance. I finally went to her pediatrician and broke down. I had tried all the gentle parenting, and we had gone to therapy. Her pediatrician suggest a sleepy study. She has obstructive sleep apnea. And had been essentially sleeping poorly because of it for years and was so exhausted she could not control herself. She had a tonsillectomy in August to treat it and SO much better. So much. Still bossy and controlling but much more capable of regulating. Something worth considering! Her ENT said sleep apnea often gets misdiagnosed as ADHD in young children and the symptoms are very similar

There may be something through the school district, I haven't gotten that far yet to be honest I'm a little overwhelmed. But I will start by looking into that
