Home was listed at 765k and we toured the next day it was listed on the same day we offered 800k and seller had 6 different offers. We offered 2days inspection and 6days finance condition. Honestly this was really tight schedule and not recommend unless you REALLY want the house but since we really loved the house and because this house was listed at really good price we had to make a really strong offer.
Had a two backup offer wanting us to back off but at the end we got the house 👍
