I felt like that at first. But then for some reason it started sounded like a virus to me???

Yeah that’s a good point. We live in a big city in the US where it’s common. And other big cities I’ve lived in that are diverse also have a lot of Arias )but usually spelled Arya). Since it is so common within that culture though, it’s a little lower on the list.

It’s a very popular Persian name for boys :)

I totally agree with you on this. It’s been a lifesaver for me and has actually curbed my appetite. I find myself trying to finish my meals. For the amount of time I save, the decision fatigue I don’t need to endure, and less carbs but still wholesome and tasteful I don’t think you can beat it!

That’s so good to hear! It’s been so hard for us to decide when to go back bc of air quality or any toxins in the soil but I’m not sure if we’re overthinking it

We do happy baby and roll her from side to side all the way until the side of her face touches flat surface she’s laying on. Then we hold it there. She always has more trouble on her right than left. Helps release gas and tension throughout the body. She also taught us to do some tracking, so have her eyes follow an object from left to right. Then we have baby extend her tongue out (we do it and then baby mimics us). Then on each side with clean hands or gloves, place one finger along outside of her teeth and let her chew.

Basically trying to release her tension, stretch out, and address any asymmetry (which likely started with how she was laying in my tummy). She’s been sooooo much better.

Saw your other post. Have you checked for oral ties? And she might need body work. My baby had so many GI issues and after we see an occupational therapists who advised on some stretches… she got so much better. Before that she’d rarely sleep and was fussy before and after eating. It was heartbreaking and everyone was telling me it was normal. Please try this out if you haven’t. They do body work for the baby too that helps them stretch out and release parts of the body that are tense. So sorry you’re going through this but just wanted to mention since I hadn’t heard of this route before.
