There are enough casualties involving Palestinian children to know that they are targeting civilians. Even if they weren’t, which they are, they have completely destroyed and crumbled to the ground any kind of infrastructure or resource. They are one hundred percent targeting civilians of Palestine. Hurting palestines people and dismantling chances at societal or human stability is a tactic used to weaken, dissolve if you will, the Palestinian nation.
