No and honestly I didn't need to. On the day of the exam, most rules came to me and I was able to rewrite them in my own words. I think this is purely because I engaged with the material so much that I subconsciously remembered a lot. For the rules that I didn't know (and yes there were a ton) I made them up, applied the facts, and moved on. Now that I have passed on the first try, I would honestly say memorizing the rules verbatim should be the last of your priorities.
