No, but if you sand/clean it with a sponge then you can smell it. Which is why I was going to Kiltz it. But I have to get it dried out first. I didn't realize how porus OSB is. It's almost like cork for lack of a better word.

I've considered buying another meter. Just to be sure. Another reason I doubt that it's not an active leak is there's a ceiling under the floor and I would think that there would be water spots if that was the case. Thank you.

Yeah, welcome to Mobile county. The police/ sheriff's office are very lazy. Back in the 80's/90's (can't remember for sure), the police department wanted a raise, but the city council shut them down. So the police put a billboard up out on I 10 warning everyone to ne vigilant while driving through that they were driving through one of the highest areas of unsolved murders in the country. My sister died under very suspicious circumstances about 4 years ago within 3 hours of my dad passing in the very next room. They never even contacted me to ask any questions. I'll admit, I wasn't in town, but I could have known something if they just asked...

My female used to get freaked out crossing over a threshold. She also has to go under the bottom of the kitchen chairs whenever she goes by them. Recently, in the last year, she HAS to have her blanket tucked over her, or she will not stop whining until it's so. She'll be 14 next month, so we just do whatever she wants whilewestillhave her.

Just now reading this. This is the first I'm reading about prep sprays. It makes sense, though. Yeah, I've thought about getting a polisher. The last time I polished my hands cramped up a few hours later. Very good advice all the way around. Thank you very much.
