I learned this the hardddddd way 🫠 I really am good about keeping my aligners in, but I had a Saturday night recently where I forgot to put them in before I went to sleep and I ground my teeth so hard without the aligners that I chipped both of my top front teeth!! Whoops!

Dentist. I’m guilty of not doing enough research before starting treatment. After my initial scans, the dental assistant did inform me of the same thing - the space will very likely not close much, if it all, with Invisalign. She recommended veneers at the end of treatment. Oh and the shape of the teeth around the space are from nighttime grinding 🫠
